Green tea and wu yi tea are both very effective in terms of bringing healthy benefits to the human body. The biggest difference is in there levels of polyphenols. There is a much higher concentration in wu yi tea compared to green tea. Polyphenols help to reduce the risk of cancer, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis, and many other diseases. It is a very powerful antioxidant compound that works to remove toxins from our body.
